Returns @ Attik

  • If your item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately to start the refund process. You must notify us of such issues within 14 days of your purchase date to be eligible for a refund. 

    1. Drop us an email at attikenquiries@gmail.com with your name, address, order number, and brief explanation of the issue. 

    2. Post the item back to [insert address]. Returns will be at the customer’s expense until Attik validates that the star is faulty, after which we will then fully reimburse you the cost of the goods and their return.  

    3. Sit back and relax, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us accepting your return. 

  • We encourage customers to shop sustainably and only buy items that meet their needs, but we understand sometimes this isn’t always possible. If you would like to return your item for any reason other than it being faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of your purchase date to qualify for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).

    2. Post the item back to [insert address]. Returns will be at the customer’s expense for returns of items for any reasons other than damage or faults. We’re sorry we can’t yet offer free returns, we’re still small and trying to get by!  

    3. Sit back and relax, your refund will be processed within 7 days of us accepting your return. 

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds of our products for the following reasons:

    • The refund is initiated after 14 days from your purchase date. 

    • Items were on sale

    • Items have been used, damaged or without original packaging.
